Good Morning Village Maine Community!
We can't believe it's already been one month since we opened our doors, thank you all for making it an exciting and joyful first month! We have already offered over 50 yoga classes, our first monthly sound bath, and have so much more we are looking forward to in October and November. See below for details about new classes, new teachers, special events and more!
First Order of Business - Your Input!
Our team is working hard to bring the best variety of yoga, meditation, and wellness classes to your weekly routine. Now that we have one month under our belt, we would love to hear directly from you about which classes and which day/time slots you'd like to see us offer in the future.
We've put together the following form and we would greatly appreciate you letting us know how we can make our schedule the best it can be. You can access the form using the button below - it's only two questions! We will be collecting responses until October 15th, and we will send a reminder early next week. Thank you for sharing your preferences with us!

New and Changing Classes
All Levels Vinyasa Strength with Mary - 10:15am Wednesdays
Starting next Wednesday, 10/14, Mary will be offering a dynamic, all-levels class that blends mindful vinyasa flow with functional strength training. Build strength, stability, and endurance while moving through energizing sequences designed to challenge and support you. Expect a balanced mix of flowing movement, strength-focused exercises, and balance sequences.
Monthly Guided Meditation with Elle - 1st Saturdays at 10:30
Starting Saturday, November 7th, join us after Jess's Awakening Flow for a 45-minute guided meditation with Elle. Recalibrate your mind and body with a guided meditation paired with harmonizing and vibrational sound frequencies. This recurring monthly gathering is intended to ease internal tension and restore mental clarity, leaving you feeling deeply centered, rested, and ready for the weekend and month ahead. This gathering is offered at no cost to participants. If you feel inspired to support The Village Maine, donations of any amount are warmly welcomed but never required.
Monthly Women's Circle for Connection, Community & Growth with Sandra - 2nd Sundays at 5pm
This women’s gathering, starting Sunday, November 8th at 5pm, offers a warm and welcoming space to slow down, connect, and grow in community with like-minded women. Whether you’re looking to meet new friends, have a social outlet, explore your inner life, or simply find a place where you can come as you are, you are welcome here.
Facilitated by Sandra Dugliss, gatherings may begin with a guided meditation, gentle breathwork, a reading, or another simple practice to help us ground and reconnect with ourselves. We’ll then explore a theme through meaningful conversation, reflection, shared wisdom, and simple practices that support greater self-awareness and well-being.
Topics could include yogic philosophy, personal growth, healing, relationships, life transitions, or simply life-ing—whatever feels relevant to the women in the circle. Some themes will be chosen by Sandra, while others may emerge from the interests of the group. Our intention is to create a respectful, inclusive space free from political, religious, or other polarizing discussions.
Most importantly, this is a place to connect, make new friends, share a laugh, be heard, and feel supported. Come help us co-create a community where women can cultivate meaningful relationships and enjoy the simple gift of being together. This gathering is offered at no cost to participants. If you feel inspired to support The Village Maine, donations of any amount are warmly welcomed but never required.
