Exciting News from The Village!

The Village's New Home

We are thrilled to finally announce the location of our new studio space, at 5 Little Wing Lane, Unit A in Gorham, just 5 minutes from Downtown Gorham and 4 minutes from Downtown Westbrook! We will be hard at work preparing the space this summer so we can begin offering a full class schedule starting Labor Day.

We are so excited by the incredible potential of our new space, which has three distinct and beautiful rooms. First is the upstairs, light-filled, and wood-floored studio. It has both heat and air conditioning to keep things perfectly comfortable in all seasons. We plan to keep this room free of furniture and props, so it can instead be filled with all of you!

Just below the studio space on the first floor, we have a heated and cooled entryway and community gathering space. We are looking forward to making this a cozy area for friends to meet and chat before and after class, store their belongings during class, and pick up equipment and props before heading up to the studio. We plan to fill this space with art from local artists, a station for making tea, and eventually The Village merchandise :)

Last but not least, through the door in the back of the entry area is a vast, 22-ft ceilinged room with a garage door that opens to the outside. We plan to use this space for larger workshops, indoor-outdoor classes in nice weather, and more. We are looking to get very creative with this large blank canvas and will be sharing more details on it in the months to come.

The studio has two restrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs), a small outdoor area with a picnic table, and room for up to 25 cars to park, so you don't have to worry about getting a spot.
